Group Quality & Service Manager

Kinaxia Logistics are looking for a Group Service and Quality Manager, it will be your role to manage the delivery of operational and customer service processes and procedures across the Group to ensure a consistent and best practice approach is being implemented, sustained and improved upon. This role can be based out of any of our depots and you may be required to travel to other locations.

As Group Service and Quality Manager your key roles and responsibilities will be:

  • Lead on the design and implementation of a consistent portfolio of operational service processes and procedures
  • Monitor, review and improve the quality of the operational service being delivered across the Group by creating meaningful and deliverable KPI's;
  • Design and deliver training programmes of the Group operational service standards
  • Assist the Operations Director with reviewing each Companies customer accounts and develop group opportunity's where possible;
  • Assist the Operations Director by working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop new tender opportunities,
  • Support the implementation of Group service delivery standards within new acquisitions and current Company's which require additional assistance;

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • A proven track record of achievement at a management level in a large-scale logistical environment with a highly diverse customer portfolio;
  • Substantial experience of partnership working and building positive working relationships in support of key objectives;
  • Experience of developing and implementing operational and service improvements;
  • Experience of creating meaningful and realistic KPI's and monitoring the quality of the outputs.
  • Strong management skills including people and performance;
  • Communication and influencing skills to inform, consult and negotiate with a wide range of audiences in a straightforward, articulate and persuasive manner and the interpersonal ability to engender confidence and respect;
  • Work collaboratively to create a strong team spirit;
  • Strong role model who demonstrates a personal commitment to high standards of integrity, quality and professionalism;
  • Develop and deliver a clear sense of service direction and purpose;
