Following a period of sustained growth AKW Warehousing are seeking an Account Leader to lead all aspects of the project acting as the representative of the Customer within the division and to lead the day to day operation and processes of the assigned project

Key responsibilities in this role will include

·Customer primary point of contact for all day to day issues of the project developing a strong and successful relationship

·The submission of all customer related documentation and the completion and submission of all customer production trackers as and when required

·Working closely with the customer and Production Planner to agree schedule requirements and production dates, ensuring that all orders are dispatched OTIF and that communication with customers is carried out effectively

·Responsible for the control stock and consumables including regular system/physical stock checks and reports, the control of all goods in/goods out and liaison with WFC stock control for the whole project

·To lead the successful daily running of the project by contributing to & implementing improved performance

·Establish and maintain appropriate systems and reports for measuring the operation ensuring timely completion and monitoring for the project.

·The timely and accurate entry of all stock movements, quotations and job specifications to the agreed format and on varying systems

·To become the contact for all of the project’s Material Suppliers and manage those suppliers to ensure that they follow agreed process and terms and conditions and to manage the specification, quotations and purchasing of all materials required for production in the division for the project

·To control all distribution activities for the project ensuring all customer goods leave the premises correctly worked, to the expected quality standard, on time and in an appropriate condition for delivery.

·To provide timely response to frequent changes in customer demands whilst ensuring customer requirements are consistently achieved

·To ensure the customer is provided with daily updates and full job reconciliation within 1 working day of the completion of production

·To prepare periodic reports for the Management team

·relating to the project performance including carrying out post analysis of all jobs to ensure that forecast margins are achieved and confirm pricing policy and cost assumptions are correct and report variances and reasons for such

·To prepare all production documentation including the design and printing of labels and to process the completed production documents.
