Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Job Purpose :
·Supervising team members in duties and performance, providing feedback where necessary and reporting to management.
·Planning, coordinating and overseeing office services and related office activities to achieve efficient utilization of available resources.
·Responsible for the correct supervision and control of customers stock within our fast moving multi SKU multi production environment together with sales invoice preparation
·Ensuring both physical and IT system stocks mirror at all times
·Coordinate regular inventory audits
·Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
·Supervise and coordinate the daily activities and operations of the admin department
·Schedule and prioritize office activities to meet operating requirements
·Analyse work flow issues and implement workable solutions
·Develop effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders
·Evaluate work of staff
·Provide necessary training, guidance and motivation to staff
·Initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations
What you need to succeed:
·Stock management software
·Warehouse health and safety
·Managing and developing a team
·Managing a budget
·Implementing new ways of working
·GCSE’s at grade A-C in English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent)
Bi - lingual would be desirable
