Key responsibilities in this role will include:
·Ensure both physical and IT system stocks mirror at all times
·Responsible for the control of all customer stock/consumables including regular system/physical stock checks and reports
·2nd checking of orders before they are dispatched comparing the customer request and the pick which has been issued match the stock which has been physically picked.
·Checking orders for any signs of damage and reporting any findings to the administration team.
·Help to maintain stock accuracy KPI’s internally and for all customers
·Carry out customer requested stock checks strictly following the stock check procedure
·Carry out regular empty bay location checks
·Responsible for stock checking, PI checks, cycle counts, Replens etc
·Monitor paperwork to ensure all systems, procedures, and stock integrity is in accordance with the customer’s requirements and the requirements of our business
·Maintain a productive and constructive working relationship with all colleagues to perpetuate team commitment at all times
·Ensure company H&S, quality, and QA procedures are maintained
·Management in the interests of the customer and company may require other duties to be carried out in a constructive, pro-active manner to facilitate the needs of the business and customer
·Deal with customer and internal enquiries in relation to stock availability and integrity
·Perform regular audits in relations to warehouse performance – full / empty location checks, replenishment activity, stock location checks etc
·In conjunction with Warehouse Operations maintain day to day control / plans of the rework / repack area, with specific focus on maximizing stock availability
·Control, reconcile and maintain accurate records of all dutiable stocks on site in accordance with both HMRC regulations and business requirements
·Lead on the full utilization of the JDA WMS systems by working closely with operations, customers and the IT department
