Salary: National Minimum Wage, Age Relevant.

About The Opportunity

Panic Transport are recruiting an Apprentice Customer Service Administrator to join their team at their site in Rugby.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Calling customers and informing them of dates and times of deliveries
  • Answering customer calls and managing customer enquiries
  • Ensuring all paperwork and emails are organised within Customer Service departmental functions
  • Making sure POD’s are uploaded correctly into relevant systems for customers
  • Monitoring deliveries to customers ensuring deliveries are made on time

Your Knowledge and Experience:

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Clear communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Hard working, positive and flexible attitude
  • Team player

Shift Pattern / Rate of Pay

  • Mon – Fri
  • 40 hours
  • National Minimum Wage, age relevant.
