Driver Trainer Assistant

Mark Thompson Transport have an exciting position for a Driver Trainer assistant.
Your role will be to take drivers out on the road, improving their standards and style. You will be looking into our telematics systems daily ensuring all the drivers are understanding their driving styles and offering coaching when required.

Salary: £30,000

Contract type: Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

·Daily analysis of telematics

·Annual Driving assessments with existing employees

·Reporting into the Compliance team on a weekly basis

·Communicating with Transport Staff to ensure drivers are compliant

·Driver debriefs and training with employed drivers.

·Assisting where required with all FORS and BRC audits to ensure full site compliance

Key Skills required:

·Full Class 1 Licence and a minimum of 5 years’ experience

·Computer literate, including Excel

·Experience of FORS desirable

·Confident training individuals within all aspects of the business

·Willing to undertake new training
