New Telephone System

We have recently installed an updated phone system to improve answering times, this now gives us more functionality to handle the large number of calls we receive each day.

We hope the added choices, when answering your calls, will enable clearer options and ensure your valued call is diverted to the appropriate department.

The revised auto answer choices are shown below. Please note that all direct dial numbers remain the same as before. If you dial a direct dial number and the user is on the phone or away you will be invited to leave a message and we will endeavour to call you back as soon as possible.
The new options are:

Press 1 for customer care and Palletline

Press 2 for general haulage and groupage

Press 3 for sales & marketing

Press 4 for warehousing

Press 5 for workshop

Press 6 for accounts

Press 7 for all other enquiries
