Customer Notice from our CEO About Covid-19

These are unprecedented times and the Board of Kinaxia Logistics thank you for your continued business with our company. We remain open and will do all that we can to continue to provide your company with logistics support. If you are in need of any additional services or wider business support – then we are here to help.

Our intentions are to retain our full time employees and should our volumes and activity fall, which we fear they will, we will ask them to furlough their employment – meaning we will ask them to go home, take time away from work and we will continue to pay our employees as per government policy.

When your and our volumes return, we will bring our employees back into full time work as quickly as we can.

In the meantime, we would ask that you protect our employees as you would your own. Please also ask your end customers to similarly treat our staff as they would their own and allow them to use toilet facilities should they be requested.

Commercially we ask you support us by maintaining your payment terms and we advise you that under the current circumstance we will operate under contactless deliveries where signatures are refused.
