9am - 5pm Mon - Fri

Duties will include:

• Support with all administration duties in the traffic office
• Tracking customer paperwork
• Assisting with customer enquiries
• Inputting jobs on to traffic management system
• General office duties
• Planning and scheduling of vehicles
• Dealing with Proof of delivery paperwork
• ·Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, suppliers and customers in a timely fashion
